Tibet Relief Fund works to alleviate the poverty experienced by Tibetan refugees in India and Nepal, as well as Tibetans inside Tibet.  We raise funds to finance sustainable, well run projects which offer support where the need is greatest. 

We also provide, through partner agencies, emergency response within Tibet, for example rebuilding following the Yushu earthquake in 2010.

We also run a well established sponsorship scheme for children and the elderly, and a major youth employment initiative for Tibetan students, Empowering the Vision.

Tibet Society is the world’s first ever Tibet support group. It was founded in 1959, within weeks of the flight of the Dalai Lama from Tibet following the uprising against Chinese occupation. 

The Tibet Society works for the freedom of the Tibetan people and their right to self determination.
