The Enlightened Gifts Website is operated by Tibet Relief Fund, a charity registered in England and Wales (No. 1061834). Our office address is Unit 9, 139 Fonthill Road, Finsbury Park, London N4 3HF.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If any goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by email and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order and receive a refund.

Subject to availability, orders for merchandise will be fulfilled within 14 days of the date of the order confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form; goods will be delivered to you at the address provided by you on the order form.  We despatch all goods in the UK via Royal Mail 1^st Class post.

Enlightened Gifts offers refunds or exchanges of Merchandise at its sole discretion.  We will replace or refund any goods that are found to be faulty.  If you wish to apply for a refund or exchange, please contact helen@tibetrelieffund.co.uk
